ASAE exec

The American Society of Association Executives invited me to their 2008 conference in San Diego. After what I did to this poor guy, I wonder if they’ll ever invite me back!

live caricature drawings - digital: Schulz Museum child

I was invited to be “cartoonist in residence” for an afternoon at the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, CA. Yes, I was working for “Peanuts.”

live caricature drawings - digital: IBM man

Digital caricature was the perfect entertainment for a reception during OracleWorld. I’m so happy the folks at IBM didn’t mind that I was using a Mac!

live caricature drawings - digital: Northrup-Grumman black woman

Chantilly, VA (near Washington, DC) was the location for a cocktail party hosted by Northrup Grumman. First time I’d been hired by a defense contractor…and I managed to keep it under budget!

live caricature drawings - digital: ICANNwiki Taj Mahal man

This example was done “almost” live at a conference in India. I stayed home, while photos were taken of all the attendees. I downloaded the photos in batches, then created and uploaded the caricatures for all to enjoy.

The organization is ICANNwiki, and my caricatures are being used on home pages of hundreds of members. Too bad I never actually got to go to their events in Lisbon, or Cairo or Puerto Rico or Marrakesh.

live caricature drawings - digital: Google man

Google corporation had me DRAW A CROWD for their employee holiday party in 2009. They preferred NOT to have their logo included on prints. How cool is that?

live caricature drawings - digital: glamorous Celeste

The Independent Community Bankers of America invited me to Orlando for their 2010 convention. This was my SEVENTH year drawing a crowdfor ICBA!

Members and their families come back for another caricature every year or two, and we can see them change over time….I keep all the images on my hard drive!
