July 8th, Rhoda Draws a Crowd at the San Jose Convention Center
July 17, Mill Valley annual Paint-Off. Downtown plaza behind the Depot cafe. Watch 35 artists at work from 10:30 am to 2:30pm, then cast your vote for your favorite painting. It's my third year working this event, and I hope to see you there.

Two consecutive Saturdays: July 24 and 31, 1:30—3:30
$75 covers both sessions
Bring your laptop or MacBook with a recent version (9 or above) of Corel Painter installed, and your Wacom tablet with pen. We'll start with digital scribbling, and cover the basics of Painter's brushes, palettes and effects. Beginners or intermediates welcome.
