More details were added to the final version. Southwest airlines plane refers to his frequent trips, and the African style sunburst hints at his early years in that continent. The folks who commissioned the caricature all lived together in the UK, so the British flag was added. Finally, I added a reference to his 50th birhday in his thought bubble.
